Account Balance
Account balances are due on the 15th of every month. If there is any balance on your account on the 15th of the month, your on-file credit card will be charged the full amount of the balance, plus a $3 convenience fee.
Cancellations
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. The full cost of the session may be charged for no-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. Keep in mind, for insured clients, insurance does not pay for no-show and late fees.
Legal Disclaimer for Energy Medicine
As an energy medicine practitioner, I am not a physician and therefore do not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs. My work is not intended to be a replacement for traditional medical care. I believe energy medicine is a natural complementary adjunct to traditional medicine, but it is not a replacement for it.
Confidentiality
Interactions between myself and clients will always be confidential, except under the following circumstances:

Where the client authorizes release of confidential information. Examples include giving a testimonial for my website or to confer with another provider or practitioner.

When disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to the client or others.

Where I receive information concerning the abuse/neglect of a child or a vulnerable adult (mentally incapacitated, disabled, elderly).

If I am a defendant in a civil, criminal or disciplinary action arising from the client relationship (in which case client confidences may only be disclosed in the course of that action).

As otherwise required by law.
A Safe Space
I hope this goes without saying, considering the line of work I am in, but my healing space is a one of acceptance, love, and tolerance. People of all ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds are welcome and embraced. People from the LGBTQ community are equally honored and safe in my space.
